BDynamic Logistics (BDL) faced a fragmented supply chain. Managing orders manually across couriers and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify was slow and error prone. They needed a unified, automated system to implement a direct delivery model, offer customers flexible shipping options, and ensure smooth collaboration with partners and warehouses from order to delivery.

Automate Order Fulfillment: Remove manual steps for obtaining quotes and creating consignments with couriers (Australia Post, Smart Send, DFE, etc.).

Our Approach
Digital400 used an agile, collaborative method for this complex integration. We started with detailed workshops to map BDL's partner and logistics ecosystem. We designed and built a robust, cloud native middleware engine as the central "communication hub." Using Figma, we prototyped data flows and user interactions to ensure the solution was intuitive for BDL staff before coding. Development focused on scalable microservices with .NET and TypeScript, containerized with Docker for reliable deployment on Microsoft Azure.
